About The Book
How did Dr Sal come to write this book?
Dr. Sal’s journey to writing his book is deeply rooted in both his professional experiences and his personal transformation. He began his career as an Otolaryngologist and facial reconstructive surgeon, becoming the first osteopathic neurotologist in the United States in 1996, under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Paparella. Alongside his ENT practice, he developed a passion for anti-aging medicine, which was influenced by his competitive bodybuilding background. Raised in an athletic family and inspired by figures like Steve Reeves, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Sylvester Stallone, Dr. Sal transformed his frail physique into that of a competitive bodybuilder. This experience led him to believe that anyone, regardless of their health challenges, could be transformed into a “superhero.”
However, Dr. Sal realized that many of his patients struggled not only with physical ailments like obesity and chronic conditions but also with underlying psychological issues. Through his work, he noticed a recurring pattern: many patients had deep-seated emotional traumas from childhood, such as verbal, physical, or sexual abuse, which affected their self-worth and outlook on life. These unresolved psychological issues, coupled with the harmful effects of the Standard American Diet (SAD), created a vicious cycle that undermined their health and well-being.
Dr. Sal became increasingly concerned about the rising rates of obesity and chronic disease in America, which only seemed to be accelerating. Despite the abundance of gyms, workout programs, and diet books, the population continued to gain weight and suffer from a range of health problems, including metabolic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and mental health conditions. His frustration grew as he witnessed patients struggling to overcome these issues, often resorting to medication rather than addressing the root causes.
Through reflection, Dr. Sal came to understand that true transformation required more than just diet and exercise. It required a shift in mindset, healing the subconscious mind, and overcoming the psychological barriers that kept people trapped in destructive cycles. He found inspiration in the teachings of Christ, particularly the idea that we must “crucify our ego” and awaken to our true spiritual potential. He recognized the importance of reprogramming the subconscious mind, through techniques like hypnosis and positive autosuggestions, to create lasting change in one’s physical, emotional, and spiritual life.
This realization led Dr. Sal to write his book. He sought to share his insights on how to overcome not only the physical challenges of health and aging but also the mental and emotional barriers that prevent people from realizing their full potential. By combining his expertise in medicine with his personal journey of transformation, Dr. Sal aims to empower readers to take control of their health, overcome their subconscious limitations, and unlock the miraculous potential within themselves.
Remake Mind: A Life Book
This isn’t a book you race through. It’s one you sit with, like a quiet conversation with your higher self.
Remake Mind is part guide, part mirror, and part gentle awakening. It begins with a heartbeat and a whisper, literally. And from there, it invites you into the deeper architecture of your being, beyond personality, beyond conditioning, straight into the living mind of the divine.
Dr. Salvatore Cavaliere blends spiritual insight with cutting-edge neurotheology (yes, that’s a thing), helping readers understand not just what they feel, but why their thoughts have power and how their consciousness actually interacts with the universe around them. Think ancient scripture meets quantum mechanics, but make it readable.
You won’t find cheesy affirmations or vague feel-good advice here. What you’ll find instead are rich insights, practical tools rooted in applied psychology, and a call to remember your deepest truth: You are not separate from the Source. You are the Source expressed in human form.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re meant for more, but couldn’t quite put words to what “more” meant, this book might just help you name it. And more importantly… live it.
